'To Our Shores' is a non-profit, community-based, grant-funded clinic with an on-site food pantry that serves the community.  'To Our Shores' also provides the following free-to-low-cost specialized medical care: HIV treatment & management, Free HIV and low-cost STI testing and treatment, PrEP, PEP, and more.  Lastly, 'To Our Shores' offers the following additional support services to current patients only: ADAP/HICP/PAP enrollment, insurance enrollment, specialty care referrals, emergency housing assistance, and more.
