The Salvation Army - Waynesville

<p>Qualified applicants will receive a voucher to be spent the same day at the Salvation Army Family store.&nbsp; Each person in the household will be given a set spending limit to use towards clothes and shoes.</p>

<p>Additional documentation and exclusions may apply. Please call ahead for more information, 456-7111 ext 1.</p><p>- Medicine. Applicants must be able to get prescriptions through a participating pharmacy in Waynesville, NC. We are not able to help pay for narcotics.</p><p>- Utilities. Accounts must be active (not already disconnected). We are unable to assist pre-pay accounts and home heating fuel.</p><p>- Rent/Mortgage. We are unable to assist with security deposits and first month's rent. Approval depends, in part, on the landlord's or mortgage company's willingness to participate in the program.</p>
