About This Pantry
The Community Market (TCM) is at the forefront of the fight against food insecurity, serving Eagle County through its two storefronts in Gypsum and Edwards, along with mobile markets that bring fresh food to more remote areas in the county. Prior to the pandemic, TCM served 1,100 people every week. Now TCM serves over 4,000 individuals weekly, with visits up 15% in 2025.
