Serves Bradley County and the surrounding community. Returning neighbors should bring their scan card and photo ID. New neighbors or those not seen in over a year need to complete a registration form and provide: picture ID; verbal statement of income; benefits letter (SSDI, SSI, SNAP, etc.); verification of Social Security number for each family member (first visit only); proof of street address for each adult (mail, lease, driver’s license, food stamp letter, utility bill). For financial assistance, proof of income (check stubs, bank statement) required in case management session.

To address food insecurity, families can receive food up to twice per month. Each household receives at least 20 lbs. of food per visit. Neighbors are encouraged to come and shop for themselves in our client choice model pantry!
