Sojourner Truth House

<p>Sojourner Truth House pantry operates as a drive up or walk up service.&nbsp; </p><p>Pantry clients must provide proof of Gary residency prior to receiving food and services.&nbsp; A one-time exception will be made for clients unable to provide proof of residency.&nbsp; Clients may be provided with additional pantry listing if they do not meet the residency requirements.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Once a client has received services their household will be eligible to receive food once every 30 days.&nbsp; </p><p>Individuals who are un-able to attend the pantry in person may designate a proxy of their choice.&nbsp; Proxy paperwork is available at the STH pantry. The competed form will be kept on file.&nbsp; The proxy is required to bring ID for the client each time they will be picking up for the recipient.&nbsp; </p>
