It is a short walk from several bus stops. <br></p><p>We have a parkung lot at our facility for visitors. <br></p><p>Clients may bring vehicles as long as they have a valud driver’s license and the vehicle is registered, currently licensed, and insured. </p>

About This Pantry
<p>The Salvation Army Harbor House is a Family Shelter for up to 6 families in need of a place to stabilize, have time to gain employment, save money, fund support services, change behaviors, and plan for appropriate permanent hoysing. We provide meals, a small suite, case manageement, life skills classes, networking support, budgeting and savings options, and housing education. Families must refrain from use of alcohol or mind altering substances not prescribed by a doctor. <br></p><p>Harbor House also operates as a Recovery Home for up to 30 individual, men and women, who are working to live a life free of chemical substances and alcohol. We provide a place to live, meals, case management, education, life skills, and partner with community agencies for employment training, financial management, and housing skills. We do not provide licensed treatment but we do have community partners who take referrals from us for treatment for all behavioral health issues. <br></p><p>Clients are required to maintain a substance free lifestyle, find employment, save miney, attend support groups, educational classes, and follow their Individual Recovery Plan. Permanent housing is part if the Recovery Plan <br></p><p>The Salvation Army is a church, soiritual programs and counseling are always available, but never mandatory. </p>
