HIV services are provided in accordance with the federal Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Extension Act to people with a diagnosis of HIV/AIDS who have income under 400% of the Federal Poverty Level and reside in the agency's service area. Services are provided regardless of age, race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, national origin, disability, political affiliation, sexual orientation, or inability to pay.
