<p>LTN is located on the back side of the Journal Complex. During distribution hours, customers should turn onto Journal Parkway. Customers may be directed to pull into a line of cars that forms on the east side of Journal Parkway, because our parking lot fills up during distribution. Customers will be directed by our traffic directors. Those with appointment times will generally enter in order of their appointment time. Walk-ins will generally be accepted in-between appointment groups. Follow the guidance of the traffic director. Wait times to park may be as short as no time, or as long as an hour, depending on how many customers we have (as a general rule, the last part of the month is busier than the first part of the month).</p><p>Registration is required. We need to know about the families we are serving, so that we can share demographic information with the organizations that provide us funding. Information we collect includes address, birthdays, incomes, disabilities, and similar. It is self-reported; you do not need to bring any documents.</p><p>LTN is a shopper's choice food pantry. Customers get a grocery cart, register at the front desk, and proceed along a defined pathway, shopping from what we have. Shopping typically takes about 30 minutes.</p><p>A household is allowed to shop once per week. Households that have already received food from another food pantry cannot shop at LTN on that same day.</p><p>Volunteers strive to provide a dignified, respectful, loving, community-oriented environment.
