About This Pantry
The Wellfleet Food Pantry is a non-profit organization that has been serving our community since 1999. The Pantry provides food to more than 200 families (over 380 individuals), helping them through lean times and freeing a little money for other necessities. The Pantry functions as a mini grocery store for residents who need assistance, providing cost-free groceries, fresh produce, dairy, frozen meat, fish, and personal and household items. Our shoppers include seasonal and low-income workers, members of our fishing community, single heads of households, the unemployed, veterans, elderly, children and the disabled.
