Home Delivery: Volunteers pick up pre-made bags of groceries and make deliveries to community members who are homebound with limited mobility. We prioritize Jewish households and extend support to the broader community as resources allow. For more information, contact us at fb@jfsseattle.org or (206) 461-3240.
Our food access programs operate on a consumer-choice model. This means that people select the food they prefer from among the available choices. Typically, people choose from a wide variety of fresh fruit and local vegetables, as well as lean meats, soup, beans, and assorted canned goods.
JFS has been providing free food to our community for close to 100 years. We improve access to healthy, culturally appropriate food, with dignity and respect, to individuals and families throughout the Puget Sound region.
