Please arrive at least 15 minutes before closing. First-time registration: bring current proof of address for everyone in household. Adults: utility bill, bank statement, or government mail; children: school/doctor/pharmacy document. Follows NYS income eligibility; also eligible if participate in HEAP, SNAP, Medicaid, Free/Reduced School Meals, SSI, Unemployment, WIC, or TANF. Once per calendar month per household, food for 3 meals/day/person for 5 days; hygiene/cleaning items when available.
