Irving residents only. Adults over 19 in the household must provide photo identification and proof of Irving residence. Walk-in, first come, first served. Photo ID required; social security cards are not required. Households are allowed 12 visits a service year.

Qualifications: prior months’ rent paid; lease with all household members listed (no month-to-month); earned income equal or more than rent and able to show you normally pay rent; no other rent assistance in last 3 years or electric assistance in last 13 months; must have income and show need. Apply by phone; bring printed photo ID (18+), current lease, notice to vacate or late notice. Irving Cares does not pay entire rent; client pays portion.

About This Pantry
The goal of the food pantry is to prevent hunger. We provide nutritious groceries to feed each member of the household three meals a day for a week.
