Currently enrolled NIU students. Reserve a 10-minute shopping time online up to two days in advance. Open Wednesday and Thursday 4-6 p.m. You may sign up for one of two open pantry days per week. If urgent outside this time, contact studentassistance@niu.edu or 815-753-8300.

Bring NIU OneCard. Use survey QR at check-in, then check-in QR; keep on phone. May wait in bleachers until 10-min shopping session announced. Line up when called, show check-in and OneCard. Complete confidential intake survey once a semester before shopping.
About This Pantry
By providing NIU students with nutritious groceries, we help them focus on their education, not on where they're getting their next meal. We work to create a welcoming and inclusive environment that helps students access resources and learn about healthy food choices. We also provide students with experiential learning opportunities to help prepare them for career success.
