They are as follows; if you Live within these areas described, you are welcomed to receive food and clothing at our Food Pantry/Clothes Closet on Wednesdays from 9:00am to 11:15 am. HWY 227 TO HWY 192.&nbsp; HWY 192 &amp; HWY7:NORTH THRU JESSIEVILLE,AR.&nbsp; HWY 298 TO STORY,AR.</p><p>PLEASE BE NOTIFIED THAT HARVEY'S CHAPEL DOES NOT PROVIDE ASSISTANCE WOTH UTILITY BILLS, HOUSE PAYMENTS OR GASOLINE.&nbsp; HCBC ONLY PROVIDES ASSITANCE WITH FOOD AND CLOTHING TO HELP OFF-SET THE COST OF HOUSEHOLD EXPENSES.</p><p><strong>Due to the current circumstances in the goverment shutdown, we are only serving neighbors who are located within our service boundaries. We understand this maybe inconvenient for some who are traveling from outside our area. Please locate food pantries closer to your location of residence through this app. </strong></p>
