Gateway Church Hunger Relief Center

<p>Gateway Hunger Relief Center is a community-driven food pantry dedicated to providing nutritious food and essential support to families, seniors, veterans, and children in Wayne and Union Counties. Each month, we serve thousands of households with fresh produce, meat, milk, eggs, bread, and nonperishable items, ensuring that no one in our community goes hungry.</p><p>Our mission is rooted in compassion and dignity. We operate as a client-choice pantry, allowing individuals to select the food their families need most, while also offering specialized programs:</p><p>Growing Minds Meals – food bags for children under 11.</p><p>Senior Sustenance Project – monthly deliveries to senior apartments.</p><p>Women’s Wellness Initiative – hygiene, makeup, and wellness support.</p><p>Veteran &amp; Homeless Outreach – meals, clothing, and hygiene items.</p><p>As part of the United Pantries Coalition, Gateway Hunger Relief Center also serves as the main delivery hub for Gleaners Food Bank, Feeding America, and Midwest Food Bank in our region, distributing donations to smaller pantries and strengthening our local food network.Together with dedicated volunteers, churches, local businesses, and community partners, we are building a stronger, healthier community where hope is shared, and no table is left empty.</p>
