GAP FOOD PANTRY

GAP Food Pantry seeks to eliminate food insecurity in Lake County by distributing food to those in need on the second and fourth Thursday of the month from 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 or until our supply last. Our food pantry is open to Lake County residents. New clients need to show proof of residency by presenting a piece of mail or an utility bill. GAP Food Pantry is located in The Pointe Plaza which is located about 1/4 mile south of the Lake County Government Complex (corner of 93rd Avenue and Main St.). We maintain a drive-thru distribution approach. Please make sure you clear the trunk of your car in advance to make room for your groceries. When you enter The Pointe Plaza, please follow the directions of the GAP volunteer. You may call 219-213-2837 to hear the distribution dates for the current month.
