<p> </p><p>First Evangelist Housing and Community Development Corporation's is a non-profit organization whose mission is to alter the physical environment of Central City by rebuilding a stronger cohesive neighborhood and restoring educational and traditional moral values in the community, tearing down the barriers that hinder the growth and development of people.</p><p>First Evangelist Housing and Community Development Corporation 's Food Pantry provides nutritious food to individuals and families monthly to help with food insecurities. There are eligibility guidelines that we are required to follow in order to be eligible to receive food assistance. For information concerning guidelines, please call us at 504-523-8256.
