Family Medicine Center

The FMC Food Pantry, adjacent to the Family Medicine Center, is committed to providing free, nutritious food to our community members in need. Our unique relationship with UCHealth and the Food Bank for Larimer County allows us to support individuals and families in connecting nutrition to their health needs. With a welcoming environment that focuses on client dignity and a client-choice model, we encompass the missions and values of both UCHealth and The Food Bank for Larimer County: Integrity, Excellence, Accountability, Efficiency, and Dignity. We are staffed by UCHealth employees, volunteers, and CSU interns. It takes a community to feed our community, and we’re committed to providing the resources necessary to live a happier, more self-sufficient life.
