Good to Know
Our food pantry offers emergency food assistance with nutritious food to families and individuals in Central Texas. Clients are welcome to pick up food for themselves as well as neighbors or family members who may be homebound, mobility impaired, or without transport. No appointment is necessary. In addition, we host a Diaper Distribution every 3rd Wednesday of the month from 8:30am to 10am.

Our food pantry and diaper distribution operates as a drive thru where clients arrive at our gates by vehicle or walk-up. Through partnerships with organizations such as the Austin Diaper Bank and Austin Animal Center we are able to provide additional items to our clients such as diapers and pet food.
About This Pantry
Our food pantry has long served as a central program at El Buen Samaritano. We have worked in partnership with the Central Texas Food Bank for the past several decades to ensure Central Texans have access to healthy and nutritious food for themselves and their families.
