ECHO's mission is to help others help themselves. It is a Christian faith-based social services non-profit working to reduce instability by providing emergency resources and support services to people in need in the Big Bend. Established in 1981 as a centralized location to help the homeless and hungry, today ECHO transforms lives by empowering people to become stable and self-sufficient.
