<p>Workshop</p><p>Nourish Through Food – Wellness Vision Board</p><p>Date: 11/7/2025 Time: 10 AM - 12 PM</p><p>This creative workshop invites participants to explore how food supports physical, emotional, and social well-being. Through reflection and vision board activities, participants will identify their personal food wellness goals, practice gratitude, and embrace mindful nourishment. The session also highlights the pantry’s role in promoting holistic wellness and community care.</p>
