<p>FIRST-TIME SHOPPERS MUST BRING: </p><p>If you are shopping with us for the first time, there are some things you need to bring: </p><p>You will need a form of ID. Acceptable forms of ID include a driver's license, school ID, social security card, CDIB card, or birth certificate. </p><p>You must also bring a recent utility bill or a copy of your lease to show your address. If you are homeless, you can let the person in the intake office know about your situation. </p><p>You will also need to provide basic information about other household members. </p><p>You can receive assistance every 30 days.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>RETURNING SHOPPERS MUST BRING: </p><p>If you are returning to shopping with us, there are some things you need to bring: </p><p>You will need a form of ID. Acceptable forms of ID include a driver's license, school ID, social security card, CDIB card, or birth certificate. </p><p>Your return card is helpful if you have it. </p><p>You can receive assistance every 30 days.</p>
