Eligibility guidelines are set by the Foodbank of Central New York. The </p><p>Thrift Store: Follows the above hours of operation and has women’s, men’s and children’s clothing for sale. There are also limited household and furniture items for sale. Money from the thrift store helps to fund our food pantry. Our store is open to the public. </p><p>Food Sense: Monthly food packages and specials put together by the Foodbank of Central NY for sale at discounted prices. There is no income eligibility, and everyone may participate. Cash or EBT is accepted for payment.</p><p>Health Insurance: Several different Health Insurance companies have representatives that table at and meet with clients to help them apply for affordable health insurance. </p><p>Roots and Wings is an emergency services and self-sufficiency one- stop program of Catholic Charities of Chenango County. Established in 1997, it is meant to help combat the increasing needs of the community. </p><p>Roots and Wings provide a variety of services in one location to help meet the needs of families and the community.</p><p>Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Fridays 9am-11:45 am &amp; 1pm-3:45pm / Thursdays 9am-11:45am (Closed everyday 11:45pm-1pm for lunch/Do not reopen on Thursdays after lunch) </p>
