<p>The mission of Boulevard Place Food Pantry is to “Provide emergency food assistance to people in need in our community.” Volunteers strive to grow spiritually as we offer service to our neighbors. Boulevard Place Food Pantry is a "Special Work" of the Indianapolis Council of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, and it is organized by five Catholic parishes on the North side of Indianapolis: Christ the King; Immaculate Heart of Mary; St. Joan of Arc; St. Luke the Apostle; and St. Thomas Aquinas. </p><p>As described in the Vincentian "Rule," "No work of charity is foreign to the Society." We serve "those in need regardless of creed, ethnic or social background, health, gender, or political opinions."</p>
