<p>Located in the heart of Jefferson City, the Aging Best Senior Center is a welcoming community gathering place for adults age 60 and older. More than just a place to enjoy a nutritious meal, our center provides opportunities to stay active, build meaningful friendships, and connect with valuable resources that support healthy, independent living.</p><p>Guests can participate in a variety of activities including fitness and wellness programs, educational workshops, games, crafts, special events, and volunteer opportunities. Whether you're looking to socialize, learn something new, or simply enjoy a friendly atmosphere, our center offers something for everyone.</p><p>As part of Aging Best's mission to help older adults live their best possible lives, the Jefferson City Senior Center also serves as a gateway to supportive services, including home-delivered meals, transportation resources, caregiver support, benefits assistance, and information about programs available throughout Mid-Missouri.</p><p>We believe that aging should be filled with purpose, connection, and opportunity.
